The Historic Owego Marketplace (HOM) is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing and maintaining the Village of Owego as a vital, thriving retail and cultural center. HOM's mission is to work with business owners, community members, and organizations to promote Owego, and to host events that contribute to the business and cultural life of our vibrant community.
